# QA Sampling Selector

**Folder:** Customer Service & Support / Support QA Specialist / Ticket Triage Assistant

## What does it do?

QA can only review a sample, and random sampling misses risky interactions while over-covering easy ones.

This agent selects the sample: it picks interactions for review based on risk signals (low CSAT, escalations, refunds, new agents) and representativeness — so QA effort targets the interactions that matter.

## Benefits

- Risk-based review sampling.
- Risky interactions prioritized.
- Representative coverage.
- QA effort targeted.
- More impact per review.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — helpdesk data via Sheets; Slack.
• Skill — a sampling skill with risk-based selection.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it on a cadence ("select this week's QA review sample"). It returns a prioritized, representative sample.
