## What does it do?

Vendor selection and review should be objective, but comparing vendors across cost, quality, risk, and performance is subjective without a framework.

This agent scores them: it evaluates vendors against weighted criteria, produces a defensible comparison, and surfaces risks — so selection and renewal decisions are objective.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it on candidates ("evaluate these vendors against our criteria"). It returns scores, a comparison, and a recommendation.
