# Materials Inbound Tracker

**Folder:** Manufacturing & Production / Materials Manager / Shipment Tracking Assistant

## What does it do?

Inbound material shipments determine whether the line keeps running, and a delayed shipment is a line-stop if not seen coming.

This agent tracks them: it monitors inbound shipments, flags delays and exceptions early, and connects them to production impact — so the Materials Manager reacts before the line is starved.

## Benefits

- Inbound shipments tracked.
- Delays flagged early.
- Production impact surfaced.
- Time to react.
- Fewer line stops.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — carrier/ERP data via Sheets; Slack for alerts.
• Skill — a track-and-trace skill with production-impact logic.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it on a cadence ("track inbound shipments and flag risks to production"). It returns shipment status and at-risk materials.
