# Demand Scenario Modeler

**Folder:** Supply Chain & Logistics / Demand Planner / Scenario Modeling Assistant

## What does it do?

Demand is uncertain, and a single forecast hides the range; planners need what-if scenarios for promotions, market shifts, and disruptions.

This agent models them: it builds demand scenarios across the key drivers, compares outcomes, and surfaces the most sensitive assumptions — so planning accounts for the range, not just the point estimate.

## Benefits

- Demand scenarios modeled.
- Promotions and disruptions accounted for.
- Outcomes compared.
- Sensitive assumptions surfaced.
- Plan for the range.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — demand data via warehouse/Sheets; Slack.
• Skill — a scenario skill with driver/sensitivity templates.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Bring it a scenario ("model demand if we run this promotion / lose a key channel"). It returns scenarios and sensitivities.
