# Enterprise Risk Analyst

**Folder:** Finance / Risk Manager / Risk Assessment Assistant

## What does it do?

A Risk Manager keeps the enterprise risk register, but keeping it current — surfacing emerging risks, re-scoring as conditions change, tracking mitigations — is constant work that decays without attention.

This agent runs the register: it surfaces and scores risks by likelihood and impact, tracks mitigations and owners, flags escalating exposure, and keeps the heat map current — so risk is managed, not discovered.

## Benefits

- Risk register kept current, not stale.
- Risks scored consistently by likelihood and impact.
- Mitigations and owners tracked.
- Escalating exposure flagged.
- A live enterprise risk picture.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — Sheets for the register, web/research for emerging risks, Slack for reviews.
• Skill — a risk-register skill with a likelihood/impact rubric.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it on a cadence ("update the risk register and flag escalating risks"). It returns scored risks, mitigation status, and the heat map.
