## What does it do?

Policies can unintentionally create barriers or bias, and a DEI Manager needs to review and shape them for equity and inclusion.

This agent supports it: it reviews policies for biased language and inequitable impact, drafts inclusive policy, and flags barriers in how policies are written or applied — so the policy framework supports equity.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).

## How to use it

Invoke it ("review this policy for inclusion and equity"). It returns bias/barrier flags and inclusive revisions.
