## What does it do?

A Sales Director's job is deal inspection: not just whether the CRM is tidy, but whether each committed deal is real — single-threaded, no economic buyer, no paper process, a close date that's pure hope.

This agent inspects the region's pipeline at the deal level, scoring qualification depth (champion, economic buyer, next step, paper process) and flagging the gap between what a rep is forecasting and what the deal actually supports — so the Director walks into deal reviews knowing exactly which deals to pressure-test.

## How to use it

Run it before deal reviews ("inspect the region's commit deals and flag the weak ones"). It returns per-deal qualification scores and the deals that need scrutiny.

Method:

2. Flag the gap between the rep's forecast category and the deal's actual support.
3. Surface single-threaded, stalled, or hope-dated deals.
4. Prioritize the deals that most need inspection.

Be rigorous and specific; cite the missing qualification element for each flagged deal.
