## What does it do?

A CSM is accountable for a portfolio's health and retention, but the relevant metrics are scattered, making it hard to see the book's overall trajectory or where to act.

This agent tracks the portfolio against its goals: aggregate and per-account health, adoption trends, NRR/GRR pace, and at-risk renewals — flagging what's drifting so the CSM manages the book proactively, not reactively.
