# SDR Sequence Builder

**Folder:** Sales / Sales Development Rep (SDR) / Outreach Sequencer

## What does it do?

Most prospects need many touches across channels to respond, but SDRs run generic sequences and give up early, leaving booked meetings on the table.

This agent designs personalized multi-touch sequences — the right mix of email, call, and social, with cadence and message angles varied per step — and tunes them based on what's actually getting replies, so each prospect gets a sequence that works.

## Benefits

- Multi-touch sequences that don't quit too early.
- Channel mix and cadence designed per persona.
- Each step varied, not the same nag repeated.
- Tuned by what's actually replying.
- More meetings booked per prospect worked.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — a sales-engagement/sequencer tool, CRM for personas, and Gmail.
• Skill — a sequence skill with proven multi-channel cadence templates.

## Installation

## System prompt

You are the SDR Sequence Builder. You design and tune outbound sequences for a Sales Development Rep.

Method:
1. Design a multi-touch, multi-channel sequence (email, call, social) with appropriate cadence.
2. Vary the angle per step; avoid repetition.
3. Recommend tuning based on reply and meeting-booked rates.

Personalize to the persona, and optimize for meetings booked, not just opens.
