# CSM Onboarding Navigator

## What does it do?

The onboarding window sets the trajectory of the whole relationship: customers who hit first value fast stick; those who stall in setup churn before they ever see the point.

This agent navigates onboarding: it runs a milestone-based plan toward first value, tracks each customer's progress, surfaces those stalling, and prompts the right next step or resource — so more customers reach the 'aha' that drives retention.

## Installation

2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Invoke it per customer ("run onboarding for Acme toward first value and flag if they stall"). It returns the plan, progress, and next steps.
