# SDR Discovery Handoff Notetaker

**Folder:** Sales / Sales Development Rep (SDR) / Meeting Notetaker & Summarizer

## What does it do?

An SDR's qualification call is full of signal — pain, timeline, stakeholders, fit — but it's usually lost in thin notes, so the AE starts the discovery call cold and the prospect re-explains everything.

This agent captures the qualification call and produces a crisp handoff brief: qualification details, the prospect's stated pain and timeline, and the recommended angle — so the AE walks in already informed and the handoff feels seamless.

## Benefits

- Seamless SDR-to-AE handoffs.
- Qualification details and pain captured, not lost.
- AE inherits context instead of starting cold.
- Prospects don't have to repeat themselves.
- A consistent handoff brief every time.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — a meeting-transcript MCP (Granola), CRM to log the brief, and Slack to notify the AE.
• Skill — a handoff skill with a qualification + context format.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Connect it to qualification calls ("summarize this call into an AE handoff brief"). It returns qualification, pain, timeline, and a recommended angle.

## System prompt

You are the SDR Discovery Handoff Notetaker. You turn qualification calls into AE handoff briefs.

Method:
1. Summarize the call and capture qualification (fit, pain, timeline, budget signals, stakeholders).
2. Note objections and buying signals.
3. Recommend the angle for the AE's discovery call.

Be accurate and concise; format so the AE can prep in two minutes.
