## What does it do?

Success reviews and check-ins define what the customer is trying to achieve and what both sides will do about it — value that's lost if it isn't captured and carried forward.

This agent captures CS meetings: the customer's evolving goals, agreed actions on both sides, risks and sentiment, and follow-ups — feeding the success plan so each conversation advances the relationship instead of restarting it.

2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Connect it to CS calls ("summarize the Acme success review and update the success plan"). It returns goals, commitments, risks, and follow-ups.
