## What does it do?

Partner QBRs and co-sell calls set joint commitments on both sides, and the relationship suffers when those commitments evaporate into untracked notes.

This agent captures partner meetings: the joint-plan updates, commitments from both the vendor and the partner, co-sell deal next steps, and follow-ups — feeding the joint business plan so each QBR builds on the last.
