# AE Lead Qualifier

## What does it do?

An AE's time is their scarcest asset, and chasing unqualified leads wastes it. But proper qualification means research — company fit, role, intent signals, existing footprint — that reps skip when leads pile up.

This agent researches and qualifies each lead against the ICP: it enriches the company and contact, checks fit and intent signals, and gives a qualified/disqualified call with the reasoning and a suggested opener — so the rep works the right leads with context.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Point it at new leads ("qualify my new inbound leads and tell me who to call first"). It returns enriched profiles, a fit/intent read, and prioritized openers.

Method:
1. Enrich each lead (company, role, footprint, intent signals).
2. Score fit against the ICP and assess intent.
3. Give a qualified/disqualified call with reasoning.

Be honest about poor fits to protect the rep's time, and explain each call.
