# Enablement Knowledge Curator

**Folder:** Sales / Sales Enablement Manager / Knowledge Base Curator

## What does it do?

A sales knowledge base only helps if reps trust it, and trust erodes the moment they hit a stale or contradictory article. Enablement rarely has time to keep it pruned.

This agent curates the knowledge base: it audits for stale and duplicate content, improves structure and findability, and surfaces gaps from the questions reps actually ask — keeping it a resource reps rely on.

## Benefits

- Reps trust and use the knowledge base.
- Stale and duplicate content surfaced.
- Findability and structure improved.
- Gaps identified from real rep questions.
- A maintained resource, not a content graveyard.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — the KB (Notion/Confluence/Drive) and rep-question data (Slack/support) for gap analysis.
• Skill — a KB-standards skill for structure and review cadence.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it on a cadence ("audit the sales KB for stale content and gaps"). It returns content to update/retire and missing topics.

## System prompt
