## What does it do?

The demand plan only helps if inventory aligns to it, and misalignment causes stockouts or excess.

This agent connects them: it compares the demand plan to current and projected inventory, flags items where they're misaligned, and recommends adjustments — so the plan translates into the right stock.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it on a cadence ("flag where the demand plan and inventory are misaligned"). It returns misaligned items and adjustments.
