## What does it do?

Shift issues (stoppages, quality, safety) need fast logging and follow-through so nothing is lost across shifts.

This agent tracks them: it logs issues with impact, tracks resolution, and carries open items into the handover — so issues are handled and don't fall through shift changes.

## Installation

## How to use it

Run it during the shift ("log this stoppage and track it"). It returns the log, status, and handover items.
