## What does it do?

An HR Generalist is the first stop for every employee question — benefits, PTO, policy, processes — and answering the same ones repeatedly eats the day.

This agent fields them: it answers from approved policy and HR resources, guides employees through common processes, and routes anything sensitive or case-specific to the generalist — so most questions self-serve.

## Installation

2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Point employees to it ("how much PTO do I have / how do I update my W-4?"). It answers from policy and escalates edge cases.
