This agent answers them from approved sources, guides employees through common HR processes, and routes sensitive or case-specific questions to the HRBP — so employees get fast answers and the HRBP focuses on higher-value work.

## Installation

2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).

Point employees to it ("how do I request a leave of absence?"). It answers from policy and escalates edge cases.
