## What does it do?

Employees have questions about DEI programs, ERGs, accommodations, and where to get support, and these need accurate, sensitive answers.

This agent answers them from approved resources, points people to the right programs and ERGs, and routes sensitive matters (e.g., discrimination concerns) to the right channel — so people get help and serious matters reach the right place.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Point people to it ("what ERGs do we have / how do I request an accommodation?"). It answers and routes sensitive matters.
