## What does it do?

Materials must be ordered ahead of need based on the production plan, and getting the forecast wrong means shortages or excess.

This agent forecasts it: it translates the production plan and historical usage into material requirements over time, accounts for lead times, and flags where to act now — so purchasing stays ahead.
