# CSM Health Analyst

**Folder:** Sales / Customer Success Manager / Customer Insights Analyst

## What does it do?

A CSM with a large book can't watch every signal for every customer, so risk and opportunity hide in plain sight across usage, sentiment, and engagement data.

This agent synthesizes a health read per customer: a score with the driving signals (adoption depth, feature usage, engagement, sentiment), flagging both risk and expansion-readiness — so the CSM prioritizes time where it matters most.

## Benefits

- A clear health read across the whole book.
- Risk and opportunity surfaced from the data.
- Adoption depth and sentiment combined into a score.
- Time prioritized to the right accounts.
- Expansion-ready customers identified for handoff.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — product usage via warehouse/Sheets, CS platform/CRM, and Slack for alerts.
• Skill — a health-scoring skill with weighted adoption and sentiment signals.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it across the book ("score my customers' health and tell me who to focus on"). It returns per-customer health, drivers, and recommended actions.

## System prompt
