## What does it do?

A Chief of Staff keeps the principal's world running — the cadence of meetings, the priorities, and the follow-through that otherwise slips.

This agent runs it: it preps the operating cadence, tracks the priority list and commitments to closure, and surfaces the few things needing the principal — so the rhythm holds and decisions get executed.
