## What does it do?

A General Counsel is accountable for the company's compliance posture across many obligations, which must be monitored continuously.

This agent monitors it: it checks compliance against obligations, flags gaps with risk level, and tracks deadlines and filings — so the GC sees the compliance picture and acts before issues become findings.

## Installation

2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).

Run it on a cadence ("check our compliance posture and flag gaps"). It returns gaps, risk, and obligations.
