An Engineering Manager cares about code quality and review health, but can't review every PR or see review bottlenecks easily.

This agent helps: it pre-reviews PRs for likely bugs, security, and standards, and surfaces team patterns (review latency, hotspots, quality trends) — so the EM improves quality and unclogs reviews.

Run it on PRs ("review this PR and show our review-health patterns"). It returns review feedback and team patterns.
