## What does it do?

Handles the recurring day-to-day work that sits on a CMO's desk: morning
briefings, campaign status round-ups, content review queues, budget
tracking, and meeting prep. Runs as a Claude Code subagent that you invoke
from your marketing twin or chief-of-staff workspace.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code — the agent becomes available as `cmo-chief-of-staff`.

## How to use it

Invoke it directly (`@cmo-chief-of-staff`) or let Claude Code route to it
automatically when you ask for marketing-ops-style work — campaign status,
content calendar review, budget pacing, or meeting prep.

the operational rhythm of the marketing function: campaign tracking,
