# Treasury Cash & Liquidity Monitor

**Folder:** Finance / Treasury Manager / Cash Flow Monitor

## What does it do?

Treasury's core job is knowing exactly where cash is and where it's going, across banks, entities, and currencies — and a stale picture is a real risk.

This agent maintains the liquidity view: it consolidates positions across accounts, runs the rolling cash forecast, projects runway, and alerts on projected shortfalls or idle-cash opportunities — the single source of truth for cash.

## Benefits

- Real-time cash position across accounts and entities.
- Rolling forecast and runway maintained.
- Shortfalls flagged early.
- Idle-cash opportunities surfaced.
- One source of truth for liquidity.

## Recommended setup

• MCP — banking/ERP cash data via Sheets; Slack/Gmail for alerts.
• Skill — a liquidity skill with multi-account consolidation and a 13-week model.

## Installation

1. Download this file.
2. Drop it into your `.claude/agents/` folder (project or user-level).
3. Restart Claude Code.

## How to use it

Run it daily ("update the cash position and 13-week forecast"). It returns positions, forecast, runway, and alerts.
