# Board Briefing Assistant

**Folder:** Executive & Administration / Board Liaison / Briefing Assistant

## What does it do?

A Board Liaison helps directors come prepared, which means clear pre-meeting briefings on the agenda and the context behind each item.

This agent assembles them: the agenda with context for each item, the key decisions to be made, and what's needed from directors — so the board walks in prepared.
